Lesu is a Kumaoni/Garhwali Bread prepared by stuffing Mandua dough into wheat flour dough and eaten with Ghee.
- Wheat Flour 1 Kg
- Mandua Flour - 300 gms
- Ajwain - 1 gm
- Salt to Taste
How To Prepare
- Knead wheat flour and keep aside.
- Mix Ajwain and salt into mandua flour and knead. (Keep it aside)
- Take wheat flour dough and stuff with mandua flour dough.
- Roll into chappati and cook on a griddle.
