Palau is a mixture prepared with the help of boiled Jhangora and Mattha (butter milk).
- 100 gms Jhangora
- 1 letre Mattha (buttermilk)
- Water as required
How To Prepare
- Boil the jhangora in water.
- Mix the mattha in boiled jhangora and cook well for 45-55 minutes.
- Add sugar and mint salt according to taste.
